EDS has expertise in providing capacity building and training in various areas of sustainability. The courses are designed by experts from EDS who are experienced in teaching high quality in-person and online courses.


Terms of Services

  1. Training courses are provided to the participants via the Udemy platform. Interactions and webinars, if necessary are held on other online platforms which will be intimated to the participants once enrolled in the course.

  2. Certificates of Courses bearing certification will be awarded in the name of the participants, enrolled for the programme via an email.

  3. Discount Offers on courses are subjected to validity period. Negotiations on discount offers are not entertained.

  4. Inquiries or grievances will be addressed by the Education Team of EDS Global and they can be reached at education@edsglobal.com

  5. Convenience fees charged by the payment gateways will be in addition to the course fee.

  6. Any communication with the Education team needs to be done by the registered Email Id of the participant.

  7. All the assignments and lectures are compulsory to submit/attend in order to successfully complete the course. In case of abandonment of course by the participant EDS Global reserves the right to cancel the certificate of the participant.

  8. EDS Global is not responsible or liable for any content uploaded by the Participants and would not be responsible to verify whether such questions/answers or contents placed by any Participant contain infringing materials or not.


Refund / Cancellation

  1. In case of multiple payments made for registration, the Education team may be contacted which will facilitate the refund of course fee.

  2. Cancellation of enrolment with full refund is entertained before 5 days (120 hrs) of the starting day of the course (00 hrs).

  3. 50% of the course fee will be refunded to the participant upon withdrawal of enrolment within 5 days (120 hrs) from the scheduled date (00 hrs) of the starting of the course.

  4. No refund will be issued once the course has started.

  5. Transfer of registration of enrolment is possible with prior intimation to Education Team before the course starts.

  6. In case of deduction of funds while paying for the course fee but incomplete transaction the payment gateway is liable to refund the amount to the participant.


Privacy Policy

  1. All the course materials are subjected to copyright and any unauthorized duplication of the same invites legal action as per the laws of the land.

  2. Participants are not allowed to make duplicate copies of the study materials and handouts.

  3. 50% of the course fee will be refunded to the participant upon withdrawal of enrolment within 5 days (120 hrs) from the scheduled date (00 hrs) of the starting of the course. No refund will be issued once the course has started. EDS will occasionally send email notices or contact you to communicate about our Service and other courses, as they are considered an essential part of the products you have chosen.

  4. We may present course materials in a format that enables us to keep a track of your progress during the duration of the course. We use this information to improve our training materials

  5. Disclosure of the information of participants may be done as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process and as required by third party service providers in order to personalize the Application/ Website/ Services/ Products.
